RETURNS | I always want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are unsatisfied with your order and would like to return or exchange the item, please contact me here first. All exchanges will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The original shipping charge is nonrefundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Returns are not accepted on custom orders. Returns must be received within 30 days of the original order date. Please make sure that your return shipping method includes tracking information. I cannot offer any refund or exchange on a return which is damaged or gets lost. Returns received in their original condition will be refunded minus the original shipping costs. Sale and clearance items: unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.

If any items are delivered with damage, please let me know within 5 business days of receipt. Please include photos of the damage and the packaging, and I will send a replacement or refund ASAP.

SHIPPING ORIGINAL ART | Original paintings will ship within 3-5 days, from the time that you place your order. The time frame for commissioned work will be determined as we discuss all the details of the project. If you need something expedited, please send me a note and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

All orders ship fully insured with tracking. Orders cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes.

original Works on paper are sealed in a cello sleeve and sent in rigid mailer. Canvas or panel paintings are wrapped in plastic and a cardboard sleeve, then surrounded by bubble wrap, and packed tightly in a sturdy cardboard box. Wall hangings are sometimes rolled, wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in a secure cardboard tube.

Framed original paintings on canvas or panel will arrive 2-3 weeks after your order to allow for materials to be ordered and the piece to be framed. Framed paintings are wrapped in plastic and a cardboard sleeve, then surrounded by bubble wrap, and packed tightly in a sturdy cardboard box.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OF ORIGINAL ART | At this time, I ship original paintings to the United States on a limited basis, based on the size of the work and the destination. Please contact me to discuss the options. I will make every effort to get the work to you, and as affordably as possible.

SHIPPING UNFRAMED PRINTS | Unframed prints will be professionally printed by a local frame shop and will ship within 1-2 weeks, after you place your order. Your print will be packaged carefully, then shipped via USPS. I will send you tracking information once your package is on its way.

SHIPPING FRAMED PRINTS | Please allow 3-5 weeks for framed artwork to be ship domestically. Framed prints are made to order, by Simply Framed, and shipped directly to you via FedEx. They will be wired and ready to hang.

Domestic packages will considered lost after 3 weeks from shipment date. At that time, order will be refunded or replaced.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OF FRAMED PRINTS | At this time, I ship original paintings to the United States, with limited international shipping, based on the size of the work and the destination. Please contact me to discuss the options. I will make every effort to get the work to you, and as affordably as possible. Prints ship everywhere internationally. Please allow extra time for international shipping. Please note that for international orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
